Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being. We promise to provide the best care at the most reasonable fees. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining dental treatment. Because everyone has different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide several payment options.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All self-pay patients, or patients with an out-of-pocket expense over $500, will receive a 5% discount if the fee is paid 24 hours in advance.

Financing

Although we do not finance any dental work ourselves, we work very closely with CareCredit. You can have the dental treatment you deserve today and pay for it later! Whether you have dental insurance or not, many dental services are not covered. CareCredit can help you get the healthy, radiant smile you've always wanted with low monthly payment plans. Insurance Policy

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits, while minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your dental insurance company. We must emphasis that we are not a party to this contract. We encourage you to contact your human resources department to obtain precise information regarding your dental benefits, deductions, and limitations.

Before you arrive at our office, we will verify your insurance coverage. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. Your insurance company will be billed directly by our office, and they will be allowed 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full.

We are a preferred provider (PPO) for most dental insurance policies. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your specific dental plan! Unfortunately, we do not participate in any Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) or Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) polices.
